Out of Hours

Whenever we are closed, please use the NHS Out of Hours options:

  • Local Pharmacies
  • Call NHS 111 for medical advice 24 hours a day
  • Use 999 for emergency situations

PRESCRIPTIONS

Please only order your regular repeat prescription if you are due to run out over the holiday period. We will not be able to process early requests that are made before the 5-working day period.

We do all that we can to have your regular prescription ready within 3 working days after the request is received. We ask for you to please manage your medication due dates so that you are not left without your medicine.

Did you know – you can order your regular prescription up to 5 working days before you are due to run out of medicine? This gives plenty of time to:

  • Place your order with us or with your chosen pharmacy
  • For the GP to complete their checks and sign off the prescription
  • For prescriptions to go to your chosen pharmacy
