Welcome to The Villa Medical Centre

We want to welcome you to the Villa Medical Centre’s website. With patients’ needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need.  As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register. We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarizing yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.

WE HAVE CHANGED THE WAY YOU CAN CONSULT AND COMMUNICATE WITH US

We thank all our patients for working with the Practice while we are going through this period of unprecedented change.  We continue to provide care for the community in line with government national and local guidance while responding to our patient’s healthcare needs.

To respond to the new demands and pressures we have increased the way you can contact the practice by introducing the digital platform  PATCHS , this will hopefully reduce long waiting times for getting help regarding your healthcare issues. We ask that, whenever possible, if you need to seek healthcare advice, you do this via our digital platform PATCHS. Our goal is to increase efficiency, convenience and continuity when interacting with our services and consultation with our GPs. Please note you should only seek advice from our services during our opening hours. During evenings, weekends and bank holidays, you should always contact NHS 111, do not wait for us to re-open.

How to access the new online consultation system – PATCHS

  1. You need to register for the new online consultation (which goes by the name PATCHS) via the Villa website. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and set a password. To do this click on this link: The Villa Medical Centre (villamedicalcentrewirral.nhs.uk)
  2. Once you have registered, you can access the system by clicking the link on our website or opening the PATCHS app on your smartphone/ Computer. Login by entering your registered email address and password.
  3. Choose the appropriate option and answer a few simple questions to help your GP understand your problem.
  4. Your answers are sent to your GP who will respond as quickly as possible. Initial responses may be via an online message or phone, with face-to-face or video consultation appointments scheduled if necessary.
