Brighter Birkenhead Primary Care Network will be hosting a Health & Wellness Fayre for patients to share information with community about healthy eating, mental, physical activity, health services, and other local health and wellness resources that patients will be able to access that they may not have known about. Plus, it will be a great opportunity to connect and build relationships with local resources and community organizations, who may be able to provide ongoing support to patients within our Wirral community.
