How to Raise a Concern or Complaint
Step 1: Speak to Us
In many cases, we can resolve concerns quickly and informally.
You can:
- Speak to a member of our reception team
- Ask to speak to the Practice Manager
- Email or write to us
Step 2: Make a Formal Complaint
If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you can make a formal complaint.
Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- A clear description of your concern
- Relevant dates or details

⏱️ What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
- We aim to investigate and respond within 10 working days
- If this is not possible, we will keep you updated on progress

OMBUDSMAN
As a last resort, if you are not happy with the response from this practice, you can refer your complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, who investigates complaints about the NHS in England.
