WORKLOAD- The Villa Medical Centre.

Please note the NHS is under an immense amount of pressure due to patient demand and dealing with urgent patient care.

We have put some statistics together to help you better understand what the GP’s time is mainly taken up with – we hope this information will help you understand why it takes a little while for routine requests to be processed.  Workload Statistics- Villa MC (The workload data at the Villa Medical Centre for the last 4 months (between September 2021 – Dec 2021)

Having worked hard through the pandemic as well as through this restoration period we ask for your patience and understanding for both our administrative and clinical staff who are doing their best to help and care for you.
