Text Message Reminders

If you have provided us with your mobile phone number, you will receive a text message reminder on your phone regarding appointments and health care.

If you do not wish to receive text message appointment reminders, please contact Reception to let them know and you can opt out of this service.

If you see the nurse for ongoing medical reviews and depending on what you are seeing the nurse for, your appointment may be split between two nurses.  If you receive text message appointment reminders, this will result in you receiving 2 text message reminders; one for each nurse appointment.  Please ensure that you check each text message and arrive for the earlier appointment.
