Our goal, as always will be to inform our patients within the community about healthy eating, physical activity, health services, and other local health and wellness resources that will patient community will be able to access that they may not have known about. What a great way to find out who they are, what they do and how the service can improve their lives for the better.  As well as a great way for all our community resources to connect!!!

We want you to join us and therefore are inviting you and your great local innovation for patients of the community to access.

If you feel you would like to join us on the day then please can you contact Lindsay Mcnamara, the care coordinator Lindsay.mcnamara@nhs.net  ideally before 25^th January.  I will secure you a space!!  Or alternatively if you wish to discuss further then please get back in touch and I will give you a call!!!
