THE DEATH OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II

“We are all deeply saddened by the sudden death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and extend our sincere condolences to the Royal Family.

“Our thoughts are with the Royal Family as the country mourns the loss of an inspirational figure, who led a life of committed and compassionate leadership. Her loss will be a source of deep mourning to her immediate family as well as being felt by all who have admired her across the world.

NHS England have confirmed that Monday 19 September will be a Bank Holiday.  We will therefore be rescheduling all booked  Face To Face/ Telephone A

ppointments on that day enabling staff to participate in a day of national mourning.

Repeat prescriptions/Medicine cabinets  – By re-stocking medicine cabinets, knowing when your GP practice is open and planning ahead for repeat prescriptions, you can ensure you have everything you need ahead of the bank holiday weekend. You can order your medication using the NHS App, or through your GP practice, if it has an online service.
