National Restrictions in England from 5^th November

• 5^th November – National restrictions apply to England
• Until 5 November, follow the local restrictions for your area

There are three simple actions we must all do to keep on protecting each other

1. WASH hands- keep washing hands regularly
2. COVER Face – wear a face covering in enclosed spaces
3. SPACE- Make space stay at least 2 meters apart or – 1 meter with a face covering or other precautions

If you have coronavirus symptoms:

• a high temperature
• a new, continuous cough
• a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
• Get a test and stay at home
